We knew about Scott's latest e-mountain bike, the Patron eRIDE way back in September. Its level of tech built into the bike and its new Bosche motor all look pretty impressive but today the brand has released a video to bolster the bike's launch. Give it a watch to get an insight into the bike's design process.

In case you've missed it, click here to see our article on the new e-bike. Much like Scott's recent Spark, it's built with an integrated shock damping 160mm of travel. It's then driven by Bosche's newest Performance Line CX motor that offers up 85nm of torque and up to 340% of assistance.
What's different though, is that the motor is mounted vertically mostly in the name of ventilation as heat rises. There's also no frame in the way of escaping heat. So it's definitely an interesting bike. That's enough waffle, enjoy the video!
