Panaracer becomes title sponsor for Dirty Reiver
Focal Events Ltd has announced a new partnership with tyre manufacturer Panaracer for Dirty Reiver 2023 and beyond. Not only have the two companies worked together at the event since 2015 but the Panaracer Gravel King tyres have also become a fan-favourite among riders at the fabled off-road gravel event.
- Best gravel wheelsets 2022 - fast and furious off-road wheels
- Best gravel bikes under £1,500 in 2022 - drop-bar machines that won't break the bank
- Best gravel tyres
“Dirty Reiver has been the foundation of gravel events in the UK and is quickly becoming the benchmark for events around the globe. We’re thrilled to partner with the Focal Events team to continue the great tradition of Dirty Reiver, but to also continue to bring the finest gravel and cycling tyres to all riders,” said Panaracer’s Global Go-To Guy Jeff Zell.
Panaracer, distributed by ZyroFisher in the UK and Ireland, will now be the main sponsor of the gravel event held annually in Kielder Forest. SRAM, Weldtite and Lauf will also continue to support the event, which will host three new gravel courses next year.
The 2023 Panaracer Dirty Reiver, which is - strictly speaking - not a gravel race, includes a new start loop as well as the traditional 200km, 130km and 65km route options. The event is UK’s largest gravel event, with 200km of off-road riding.
Entries for the 2023 Panaracer Dirty Reiver open on 1st December 2022 at 08.00.
