CushCore unveil a new tool - The Bead Dropper heavy duty tyre lever
Acknowledging that the brands' tyre inserts can be something of a pain to install and remove, Cushcore has come up with a solution. The Bead Dropper is a new tool from the brand that promises to make light work out dealing with your tyre inserts.

The main problem that the Bead Dropper fixes is dropping the bead into the rim channel with an insert already inside the tyre. As such, the tool takes the shape of a beefy and ergonomic tyre lever.
It features a rubberized handle, a unique thumb flange which makes it easier to apply pressure to the tyre bead and a sturdy plastic lever which is strong enough for DH casing tyres.
Check out CushCore's video below for the complete 'how to':
As the Bead Dropper is essentially a really serious tyre lever, Cushcore says that it works just as well as such and to top it off it comes with a lifetime warranty. The Bead Dropper costs £19.99 and is available to buy from today.

Reckon the postman will give you a funny look delivering that one.
"Yeah of course it is mate"
If this helps me break the bead/rim seal, without damaging things and retaining my sanity, then I'm in.
