YT Industries launches Performance Wear Clothing range
YT Industries' bikes have reviewed rather well on off-road.cc and now the brand has stepped into the trail wear game with the new YT Performance Wear range. The new lineup of clothing features both long, and short sleeve technical jerseys. Here are all of the details.
- 10 pieces of essential mountain bike clothing for beginner
- The best gravel and adventure bikes you can buy for under £2,000
- First Ride : YT Industries CAPRA Core 2
YT's Performance Wear range consists of 11 different designs over two different fabrics and it is completely unisex. It's intended to help riders feel more comfortable on the bike and confident in their style.
First off, the Asym, Crooked, and Mid Logo jerseys use a 100% polyester build and they're designed to be versatile, and comfy while looking the part. These jerseys are offered in six styles with three designs, each of which gets an integrated eyewear wipe and a dropped tail. The two long-sleeve jerseys here get four colourways and the single short sleeve in this range comes with two colourways.
Next up are the Tech Jerseys. They're similar to the Asym, Crooked, and Mid Logo tops but they get a drirelease fabric, which is made with an eco-friendly 81% polyester, 14% cotton, and 5% elastic fabric blend. YT stresses that drirelease isn't simply a surface application but it's built into the fabric to provide longer-term performance. The brand says that this fabric dries up to four times faster than other cotton materials.
The Tech Jersey range is made up of three long-sleeve designs with separate graphics and colourways, along with two short-sleeve designs. These also get an eyewear wipe and dropped tail.
YT Industries new Performance Wear lineup starts at £40 for the short-sleeves and goes up to £45 for the long-sleeves.
