Video: Women push progression at Red Bull Hardline
Despite the main event being called off due to the not-so-glorious Welsh weather, six incredible women paved the way in the name of progression. A few days before the main Red Bull Hardline event Tahnee Seagrave and Jess Blewitt led a women's progression event that saw them all ride the full course.

Jess was the first woman to ride the Hardline course in 2022, but in 2023 she returned with several others including Tahnee Seagrave, Cami Nogueira, Hannah Bergemann, Vinny Armstrong and Louise Ferguson.
This year's event was unfortunately cancelled and saw some of the worst conditions since Red Bull Hardline was launched. However, that didn't stop things completely. In the lead-up to the main event, all six of the women were able to ride the course and learn from each other.
Talking about the event, Tahnee explained how they made it happen, "The course is so intimidating, but from seeing Jess last year and what we’ve achieved now, it’s just insane! We’ve had no pressure to do anything we wouldn’t feel 100% comfortable with, but by ticking off feature by feature it makes you realise that there is a link to piece it all together slowly."
"What we didn’t want to do was make the course easier, tame it down or change the event to facilitate the girls - but instead offer all the support and resources to create the best environment for all of the female athletes to progress together. With more time to practise and hopefully better weather next year I’m excited to see how close we can get to a full run. I can’t believe I’ve left Red Bull Hardline thinking that next year I’d come back ticking more features off," she added.
