Mondraker's NEAT e-MTB gets motorsport colourway inspired by the Porche 917K's Gulf livery
We love a motorsport cross-over, whether it's bikes such as Production Privée's classic racing styling or Mondraker's latest Unlimited Gulf Edition NEAT. With this bike, the motorsports and MTB worlds collide in yet another classic throwback to the heyday of 70s endurance racing.

The blue and orange colourway is instantly recognisable, having adorned McLaren's Formula One car in a tribute livery at the 2021 Monaco Grand Prix and numerous celebrations before it. However, the duo of colours was made famous by Ford's GT40 and Mirage race cars that won the Le Mans 24 Hours in 1968, 1969 and 1975. The colours are now synonymous with racing and speed, and are perhaps one of the prettiest liveries to grace the race track.
With its NEAT, Mondraker's first lightweight e-mountain bike launched in July of 2023, the brand has created a tribute, hand painting the iconic colours to the bike on top of a host of nods to Gulf. Owners of the NEAT Ultimate Edition will receive a certificate of authenticity, colour-matched touch-up pens, a poster and a special booklet.
This particular bike will be available in a limited quantity of 50. Of course, the bike's built around a carbon frame and gets Fox's latest suspension components. Also present is SRAM's XX Eagle AXS T-Type drivetrain paired with SRAM's Code Ultimate Stealth brakes. The Fox fork present is the brand's 36 with a GRIP X2 damper and the shoc is Fox's Float X Factory. The bike rolls on Mavic E-Crossmax Carbon XL R wheels wrapped with Maxxis DHF and DHR II tyres.
The bike is powered by TQ's HPR-50 motor with a 360Wh integrated and removable battery. A 160Wh range extender can be bought additionally.
As for geometry, nothing changes as the bike gets the same 495mm reach on a large, 64.5-degree head tube angle, 76.5-degree effective seat tube angle and 450mm chainstay as seen on the standard NEAT.
The price is as premium as expected with Mondraker asking £11,900.
