Nukeproof has announced an updated Digger gravel bike for 2020, promising gravel bike performance with the soul of a mountain bike. Nukeproof has added pack mount bosses for the ultimate versatility, making the new Digger capable of bike packing epics or lively commutes.

New for the 2020 is the addition of Shimano's GRX 1x gravel-specific groupset with a clutch derailleur and an 11-42 cassette. Stopping the bike is a set of Shimano RX-600 Levers with RX-400 Flatmount Callipers for the Comp model. The Factory will come with RX-810 levers and Flatmount callipers. The brakes are mated with 160mm rotors.
The Factory model will come equipped with a Brand X Ascend Internal dropper post with 125mm of drop. Dropper actuation will be integrated into the brake lever with internal cable routing available on both the Comp and Factory frames.
Both the Comp and Factory models will come shod with WTB Sendero 650b Road Plus tyres. The Factory model will come with upgraded DT Swiss G1800 wheels where the Comp will roll on a pair of WTB Serras.
As before, the 2020 Digger will come equipped with Nukeproof's wider than average 460mm handlebars for that mountain bike feel. The bars come wrapped with cork-gel bar tape for a touch of extra comfort.
Adding to the comfort the Digger will use a bolt through, tapered carbon fork for even more front end compliance.
Each model of the Digger is compatible with 650b or 700c wheels and come with threaded bottom brackets; great for easy maintenance.
The frame will feature a 71.3-degree head angle with a 74-degree seat tube angle. The reach sits at 403mm on a large with a 570mm effective top tube.
The Nukeproof Digger Comp will set you back £1,500, it comes only in the grey pictured and in four sizes.
The Factory model with upgraded parts comes in at £2,000, only coming in blue and the same four sizes.
