The bike industry, along with many others is seeing a clear shift to become more eco-friendly with brands such as Trek shipping their bikes in trimmed down, recyclable packaging. Now, Mondraker is following suit as all bikes will now be shipped in 100% recyclable packaging.

Mondraker says that it's a brand that has long believed in creating a more sustainable world. It claims that industry and commerce should spearhead and educate with the aim of creating a better world.

As such, all Mondraker bikes will now be shipped in packaging that's 100% recyclable. It's custom-designed for the brand too, with the sole aim of drastically cutting down waste.

Gone are zip ties and plastic-based foams in favour of cardboard wrapping and paper-based tapes.
