Liv introduces Intrigue LT - a women-specific full-suspension mountain bike
Liv has unveiled the new Intrigue LT series with increased suspension, which the women-specific bike brand says makes the Intrigue LT Liv’s “most versatile and capable long-travel trail bike”.

The Intrigue LT includes two models made with ALUXX SL-Grade aluminium, both equipped with 160mm front suspension and 150mm in the rear - the most travel in the Liv mountain bike line-up. The suspension is custom-tuned by women, to ensure it fits the riders well.
“We developed the Intrigue LT because women who ride need equipment that matches both their fearlessness and drive to advance their skills,” said Ludi Scholz, Liv Global Off-road Category Manager. “There were no compromises with this bike. It’s intentionally designed to give riders everything they need to have fun and shred rugged trails with masterful control and ease.”
The Intrigue LT range offers more travel than the other Intrigue models and comes with more features. Perhaps the most exciting of these is the new flip chip, the Maestro 3, which allows riders to change the head tube angle, seat tube angle, and bottom bracket height to high, mid, or low settings depending on the terrain and wheel configuration.
On average, the change between each of the three positions is 0.4-degrees for the head tube and seat tube angles and 5mm of bottom bracket drop. For M and L frames, the flip chip also enables the change of rear wheel size between 27.5-inch and 29-inch, providing stability for different terrain and riding preference.
The XS and S frames are designed for a mixed-wheel setup: a 29-inch wheel up front and 27.5-inch wheel in the rear. This mullet setup optimises rear-wheel travel and provides a nimble rear end and a fast-rolling, stable front end. This setup is something fully new to Liv's MTB line-up.
The Intrigue LT 1 comes with a Fox 36 Float Performance fork, Shimano SLX M7100 shifters and Tektro M750 brakes. The little sister, Intrigue LT 2, comes with RockShox 35 Gold RL fork, SRAM SX Eagle shifting and Tektro M745 brakes. Both are rolling on Giant AM wheels, with Maxxis Minion DHF 29x2.5WT tubeless tyres.
The Intrigue LT also features a new integrated storage system built directly into the down tube of the frame for additional space, and the opening comes with a water-resistant bag to store snacks or essential tools.
The Intrigue LT series is available now and comes in sizes XS, S, M, and L. The Intrigue LT 1 retails for £3,599 and Intrigue LT 2 for £3,199.
