Royal Quantum Shorts and Quantum Jersey Short Sleeve
£40-£90
A couple of weeks ago Royal Racing unveiled a whole new range of clothing and yep, we got some of it in! Here, we've got the Quantum short sleeve jersey and Quantum shorts both of which are designed for all manners of off-road riding. Starting with the shorts, they get a DWR coating over a four-way stretch fabric and there's a ratchet on the waistband but without a belt to avoid bunching. There are also strategically placed venting and zipped pockets.
Moving onto the jersey, it is made with 100% recycled materials offering a relaxed fit and it's designed for all-day riding with a bit of post-ride relaxation in mind. Then, just like some of Royal Racing's previous clothes, it gets odor control tech and an anti-bacterial treatment.
Scott Trail Storm Insuloft AL Men's Vest
£91
The Scott Trail Insuloft AL Men's Vent comes sorted with active insulation that's paired with a breathable fabric to keep you warm, but very dry. That breathable fabric is cut especially for the attack position and all of the fabrics are coated with a DWR layer. Then, we can't forget the fluffy Polartech layer inside.
Revgrips Hand Guards
£80
Like most of us, the guys at Revgrips hadn't considered riding with hand guards. That is until 2020 when they found that their trails had overgrown and it started to become a bit of a pain. They went looking to buy some guards that are functional but also compliment the looks of their bikes, only having found one option that they couldn't get imported into the USA.
That's when they decided to create their very own handguards and at first glance, they look to solve an awful lot of the issues that we've found when testing other guards. Those being the looks and the compatibility with Shimano brake levers. Let's see if they fit the bill.
Halo Vapour 35 Stealth 29"
£510
Halo says that the Vapour line is on the lightweight edge while being designed with speed and reliability in mind. These wheels come with a 30mm internal rim width to bridge the gap between plus sized wheels and narrower rims.
The wheels also make use of Halo's 120 point pick up MTC Supadrive Boost and MTB Front Boost hubs, centrelock disc mounts, sealed bearings, and wide-spaced flanges for a boost in stiffness.
These come hand-built and pre-taped ready for a tubeless setup.
Fox Ranger 3L Women's Jacket
£200
The Ranger 3L Women's jacket is Fox's wet-weather, waterproof jacket that's all about keeping the wet stuff away from your body. It's built with fully taped seams, waterproof zips, and a 10k/10k, 3L waterproof fabric. Even the pockets are water-resistant to help keep your essentials dry too.
