Stigmata updated with Santa Cruz MTB design features
Santa Cruz's 2024 Stigmata model has undergone a substantial overhaul, drawing inspiration from mountain bike design elements. The updated version boasts a redesigned geometry, slacker angles, a shorter headtube, and increased reach, all contributing to improved stability. Other updates include a lockable and weatherproof Glovebox downtube frame storage, larger tyre clearance and a dropper seatpost.
The latest Stigmata is a confident singletrack rider's gravel bike, available in sizes S, M, L, XL and XXL.

The new Capra Uncaged 10 model features 170mm of front and rear suspension, designed to tackle technical trails with confidence. Boasting similar specifications in suspension, drivetrain, brakes, and cockpit across the two frame materials, the Capra Uncaged 10 offers versatility and performance for hard-hitting enduro riding. The aluminium version is priced at £2,999, while the carbon version comes in at £3,499, with marginal weight differences between the two.
Second-generation Trek Supercaliber ushers in more refinement
Ahead and during the MTB World Champs, we've been no short of new bike releases. This week, Trek introduced the second generation of its Supercaliber cross-country race bike, bringing significant refinements to the platform. The updated Supercaliber features more travel, improved suspension, and refined geometry. The changes include a choice of frames with lighter weight, extended rear and front travel, floating brake mounts and updated geometry with longer reach and slacker angles. The Supercaliber lineup includes seven models, with prices ranging from $4,200 to $11,700.
Pidcock and Ferrand-Prévot race new Pinarello hardtail
At the ongoing 2023 UCI Cycling World Championships, Pinarello showcased its latest addition to the mountain bike range, the Dogma XC HT. This race-ready hardtail adds to Pinarello's recent entry into the cross-country MTB circuit with the Dogma XC full-suspension mountain bike.
The Dogma XC HT features innovations like a triangular design around the bottom bracket for improved power transfer, an asymmetric rear end to balance energy transfer, a fully integrated cockpit for weight reduction, and internal dropper post cable routing. As a testament to its capability, it did immediately secure a podium spot for Tom Pidcock and gold for Pauline Ferrand-Prevot.

Endura's Forgotten Legend project has brought to life the historic treadle bicycle invented by Scottish Kirkpatrick Macmillan in 1842, with a wooden replica unveiled this week, during the UCI Cycling World Championships.
