After a little dry spell of bikes (Corona related) we've got test bikes coming in through the doors of off-road.cc HQ and there are some great ones too! This week is the turn of the new Nukeproof Mega V4 to grace your screens, with more new bikes that we can't tell you about (yet) coming soon...... Dig in, to the five best things on test. 

The Effetto Mariposa Espresso Strap Lungo is a bit of a mouthful to say, but in use it's a neat, wide and secure strap that happily secures a tube, CO2 canister and tyre levers to your mountain or gravel frame. At £14 its bang on the money, too. 

The new Specialized Stumpjumper EVO has just been launched get a sleek makeover whilst keeping the burly nature of EVO bikes. The 2021 bike gets widely adjustable geometry in the form of a flip-chip at the rear and interchangeable headset cups, size specific chainstays, plus 'mega SWAT' and more sizes in the range too. 

Today Nukeproof launches their new 2021 Reactor trail bike range. A whole host of mountain bikes to suit all pockets and those with either 27.5" or 29er wheel size preferences. The carbon and alloy bikes get spec updates, plus the shorter travel ST model joins the range full time. 

The brand new 2021 Specialized Stumpjumper has just been launched, retaining classic Stumpjumper looks, the new carbon bike gets a redesigned suspension layout with flex stays and the whole range gets up to date geometry. 

Known for decent prices and good gear from their bike brands, Decathon look to be set to release a new Triban titanium gravel bike. Today a beady eye in our news team noticed a series of three videos on YouTube teasing a new Ti drop bar gravel and adventure bike based on the Decathlon 9.5 Titane bike ridden when Decathlon sponsored AG2R road team in the mid 2000's.

The Bliss Protection ARG Vertical Extended Kneepads are as long as the name, providing ample protection for the pins. These mid-range pads have a sleeve design which is generally very comfortable, although they can wrinkle at the top and the pad isn't as well moulded as the competition.

New in this week is a fresh bike from Specialized, 2021 gear from Leatt and some lightweight women's backpacks from Osprey. We've already taken a first look at the new Stumpjumper trail bike and are now looking forward to getting out and about on it, review coming soon......

Is this the best value carbon, full suspension trail bike you can buy? The 2021 Vitus Escarpe range has just been launched and it's had a huge overhaul. There's a new suspension layout, progressive geometry and all the bikes get a carbon front triangle, including this CR 29 version for £2,000. 

At £60, the 7iDP M2 helmet faces a tough challenge in the budget helmet category. It's relatively light for a trail helmet and gets a good Boa dial, plus the rich padding keeps it comfy. Thick straps let the side down though, and some rivals offer greater coverage and protection.
