The Ex Enduro, a three day mountain bike enduro in the north east corner of Exmoor returns on 14th-16th September 2018 for more brutal, fun, exciting and scary stage racing as our Jon found out last year. You'll need to pre-register though to be in with a chance of getting one of the 80 entries available!

THE EX presented by DMRBIKES will combine over 20 race stages with fine locally sourced food, great West Country ale and two nights of celebrations with a full bar and evening entertainment.

The racing itself is based near Minehead and takes place on some of Exmoor's finest terrain with punishing climbs, technical descents and plenty of steep, loose singletrack. All in, you'll ride over 100km in the two and half days racing and if last year is anything to go by, you'll climb probably near to 4,000m in the weekend. 

The entry fee is £300 and you'll need to pre-register to be in with a chance of getting a spot in the race, of which there are only 80 places available! You can pre-register here now with entries for 2018’s THE EX opening on the 1st April 2018 for those who have pre-registered. If entries should be available 48 hours after the event has opened to the pre-registered riders, then we will make the entry link public. we reckon this is pretty unlikely to happen, last year's event sold out in a matter of minutes.  For more info click here.
