Endura updates MT500 range with new colours and items
Endura, the Scottish clothing brand, has unveiled its latest collection of bad-weather cycling gear designed to brave the harshest elements. The well-established water- and cold-proof pieces of kit have got some design updates and Endura has also introduced a first-of-its-kind MT500 Waterproof Boot.
- Best MTB pants - mountain bike trousers for all conditions
- Waterproof cycling clothing - everything you need to know
- Best mountain bike jackets 2023 - Top weatherproof options for men and women
Endura's MT500 collection remains the gold standard for those daring to ride through winter. Of the range, if you want full coverage, the MT500 Waterproof One Piece (£450) is ready for the challenge. If you prefer separate tops and bottoms, the MT500 Waterproof Jacket (£250) and MT500 Waterproof Trousers (£180) are designed to withstand winters - or the unpredictable Scottish summers. According to Endura, all of the items offer good breathability and waterproof ratings for comfort in the wet and cold. The whole range has also been updated with new colourways.
Completely new to the lineup is the MT500 Waterproof Boot (£170). These bright and robust shoes come in waterproof options in both clipless and flat forms, all equipped with an ExoShell membrane, which should also keep the toes toasty.
Like the Waterproof MT500 kit, the SingleTrack collection has got a refresh in its colour options, and a few new items have been added to the MT500 range – including a SingleTrack softshell (£110). The new MT500 Burner Lite Pullover boast leading waterproof and breathability ratings but in a packable design, and the MT500 Spray Trousers (£130) are now accompanied by the MT500 Spray Gilet (£85). This packable core protector features waterproof panels placed where you most need them.
Lastly, the MT500 Freezing Point range now includes a jacket, gilet and trousers and has PrimaLoft GOLD insulation where it matters to keep riders warm in the coldest conditions.
