For the Autumn and Winter months for 2020 Endura has updated the MT500 range, refining all products and choosing a new fabric to make the already well-established range that bit better while making construction more environmentally friendly.

Starting things off with the Endura MT500 Onesie II, it's made for when the weather gets serious and when you need the ultimate protection from the elements.
The brand has kept the open front of the MT500 Onesie but has made big changes to the rear. The tail now goes further down the back for more spray protection with a gusseted attachment to the waistband which improves the fit. Because of this, there's supposed to be less pulling around the area, meaning it'll give more space for taller riders.
Endura has also put in extra effort to make the MT500 Onesie look more like a normal jacket and trousers combo and has added improved waterproofing to the heavily sprayed area on the back.
Next up is the MT500 jacket. It's been overhauled to cater to the progressive demands of mountain biking. With its pre-existing pockets and ventilation, the jacket now gets an adjustable hood and a slimmer fit.
There's two way zips on the front pockets so they can now be used for ventilation and the hood can now be pulled over the top of a helmet, while still being able to cinch down without a lid.
For the AW20 MT500 jacket, Endura has moved over to ExoShell40DR as the fabric of choice for its breathability and durability. A tough outer layer is combined with a soft-touch, high wicking mesh inner layer with a flourine-free middle layer.
The fabric is also more environmentally friendly and safer to work and ride with. There's also a women's specific model.
Also getting the new ExoShell40DR fabric is the MT500 Trouser II and MT500 Short II. They also get a fully seamed construction and they're both pre-shaped for fit on the bike. They get water-resistant pockets, they're compatible with knee pads and the seat panel has been made to be extra durable.
The MT500 Trouser comes with thigh height two-way water repellant side zips which are meant to make the trousers easier put on and get off. They also double as vents should things get warm.
The whole of Endura's new MT500 collection comes supported with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee.
