e*thirteen's forged aluminium Quick Fill Plasma Valve claims to be the first of its kind, being able to connect directly to a sealant bottle's tube for the direct injection of tubeless sealant after a tyre has been seated to the rim. e*thirteen says this approach is handy for use on the trail, as well as in the work shop as the bead never needs to leave the rim, making quick pre-ride or mid-ride sealant top-ups super easy.
This is achieved through a two-piece design where the valve portion is removable. Once it's out of the way, you'll then attach your tubeless sealant tube. The brand says that this design also allows for easy cleaning.
The valve uses a section with a larger diameter which is what allows for high flow sealant application without clogging.
e*thirteen's Quick Fill Plasma Valve is available in two lengths, five anodized colours. The shorter length, 16-24mm is claimed to weigh in at 17g. Then the longer 23-31mm valve is said to weigh 18g.
