Under new ownership by Fox, Marzocchi has been on a comeback lately, using the suspension giants to glide back into the public eye. The release of their 2019 Bomber Z1 fork uses trickle down Fox tech alongside the release of a Marzocchi Transfer dropper post (sound familiar?) and a set of Bomber 58 downhill forks. 

The SB100 is the new 100mm travel cross country bike from Yeti, it looks to replace the ASR and offers speed and good handling in an XC/trail bike package. 

The unisex Kali Protectives Maya helmet is a trail and enduro lid that reigns supreme in the comfort stakes. Safety levels are also kept high using Kali’s own Composite Fusion technology but the lid is a little hot and the retention system needs some work to make it perfect.

We’ve just taken a delivery of an aluminium Santa Cruz Nomad and it's the 'R' model, meaning this is the cheapest bike int he range. Identical to the carbon version of the bike in every way other than the frame material, this 170mm enduro bike looks ready to roll straight out of the box for our month of testing. 

The Norco Range A3 is an alloy enduro bike with strong downhill potential but it’s left wanting longer and roomier geometry to really make the most of the suspension on offer.
