5 cool things from Wolfpack, Bontrager and Dakine

There are more new tyres on the cards this week, this time for a relatively new brand called Wolfpack. We've also got a new WaveCel Rally helmet from Bontrager and gravity riding kit from Dakine

Liv Brava SLR review

The Liv Brava SLR is a cyclocross bike with gravel vibes. A smart alloy construction paired with a neat spec and small frame sizes make this a great value option for women just starting out – it's not a full-blown adventure machine, but it'll take you off the beaten track and out into the wilds with ease.

Kenda Pinner Pro AGC 29 x 2.4 tyre review

Developed with downhill World Cup racer Aaron Gwinn, the Kenda Pinner Pro in the AGC casing is a hard hitting, tough and tacky tyre built for gravity-fed riding. It's great for hard, fast, dry and rocky tracks, but it's not designed for anything else – ride it in mud, loose dust or changeable UK conditions and you quickly discover why.

Lazer Impala MIPS helmet review

Our tester, Liam has a load of summer/all round tyres in to test, where he'll be reviewing individually as well as thinking about the best summer combos for trail riders. Oh, plus we have some epic Lego - don't tell the boss whilst we are 'working' from home...

JD Sports reacquires Go Outdoors just days after talk of putting it into administration

road.cc reported earlier this week that Go Outdoors were looking to appointed administrators, and less than 24 hours after Deloitte were called in, Go Outdoors' owners JD Sports have taken it back for £56.5 million.

7 Protection Sam Hill Knee pads review

The 7 Protection Sam Hill Knee pads are designed in part with arguably one of the greatest riders of all time. They are an excellent enduro and trail kneepad for those who like it slimline, but still want plenty of protection. They're super-secure for 'sleeve' style pads, though they can be too stiff in cold weather.
