Just like 100%'s existing helmets, much like the Trajecta and Altec, the new Aircraft 2 uses the brand's Smartshock Technology which is 100%'s way around rotational impact forces.
That's not all, Smartshock works alongside a patent-pending injection-molded chin bar and multi-density EPS foam (which comes in two size-specific molds) for as much safety as possible claims 100%. Then in a bid to keep the new hat cool, there are 20 oversized vents, which should hopefully make this helmet a solid contender for any gravity based rider.
Other cool features are the helmet's carbon fibre shell and a multi-point adjustable visor that's designed with maximum vision in mind. It also allows for enough room for goggle stowage underneath.
Then, there's a washable, moisture-wicking, anti-microbial suede comfort liner and a D-ring buckle for a secure fit.
The new 100% Aircraft 2 is certified to ASTM (F1952), CPSC (16 CFR 1203) and CE (EN 1078:2021+A1:2012) standards, and it comes in four colours.
If a brand new full-face helmet sounds like the next thing that needs adding to your helmet arsenal, the 100% Aircraft 2 will set you back £350.
