A short ride from central Bristol offers up some fast, flowing singletrack fun
  • 3.6km
  • 0.5 to 0.8 hours

This blue-graded trail is set in the mixed broadleaf and conifer trees of Leigh Woods. It's relatively short at just 3.6km but it's all singletrack and packs in some fun and flowy (though relative flat) sections.

It also offers a red-graded detour called Gert Lush - it's only 100m long but offers a bit more technical challenge - and there's also a bike-park style loop that has some small drops and rollers for you to test your skills on.

Jon was previously the editor here at off.road.cc. Whether it's big days out on the gravel bike or hurtling down technical singletracks, if it's got two wheels and can be ridden on dirt, then he's into it. He's previously been technical editor at BikeRadar.com, editor at What Mountain Bike Magazine and also web editor at Singletrackworld.co.uk. Yes, he's been around the houses.
