This is the original mountain bike trail at Cannock Chase. While it's not hugely long, there's plenty of technical singletrack to hold your attention, with some classic sections of swooping, rocking and rolling trail, with highlights such as the 'Son of Chainslapper' and. 'High Voltage' sections being rider favourites.

The surface is hardpacked, but the rocks are well polished from all the traffic, so you'll need your wits about you in the wet.
