Wales360 aims to bring epic mountain bike stage racing to the UK
If you fancy a flavour of the Absa Cape Epic or the BC Bike Race but don't want to have to travel halfway across the world, then this will be right up your street. Wales360 is a new point-to-point stage race being held in July 2019, taking in 550km of Wales' finest trails over six days.

The organisers aim to balance challenge with reward and there is certainly plenty of the former, with 13,000m of climbing during the event. However, the reward comes in the form of some spectacular riding and scenery, with classic riding spots such as Coed Y Brenin and the Elan Valley being thrown in the mix.
Uniquely for a stage race, there will also be one, separately timed stage within the overall stage each day, bringing a touch of enduro to the format and giving riders the opportunity to push hard on a short section of the overall day's riding.
The event also includes seven nights of all-inclusive accommodation, either in a tented village or hotels along the route, with local food and drink, bike servicing, secure storage, kit transfer and more included in the £1,310 asking price. Entries will be limited to 600 riders, either in pairs of solo. The event will start in Aberystwyth on Monday 22nd July and will return to the same place on the 27th where we imagine weary riders will be keen to dip their toes in the sea...
