Cotic Bikes has joined forces with some of their suppliers to give away a top-spec custom Cotic Rocket enduro bike worth £4,600 to help raise money for the World Cancer Research Fund. It's a worthy cause and a pretty special prize to boot.
To enter, all you need to do is head to the Just Giving Cotic Rocket Raffle page they've set up and for every donation of £5, you'll get one entry to the raffle to win the bike, with each multiple of that amount getting you another entry.
All the donations will go to help fund research that will save lives - and seeing as one in two people in the UK will likely get some form of cancer during their lifetime, it's likely to be a cause that is, or will be, close to home at some point in your life.
To help raise funds, Cotic has thrown in their 160mm travel Rocket frame, with wheels, brakes and all other purple parts have been supplied by Hope Tech, another UK company. The tyres and saddle are from Wilderness Trail Bikes who also sponsor the Cotic race and ambassador teams. Another of the team's sponsors, Cane Creek, have fitted their suspension system to the front and rear, in the form of Helm forks and an Air IL shock, while Madison UK has generously provided the top level XTR drivetrain.
IMPORTANT: When making your entry, do not donate anonymously, and ensure you tick the box that reads “I’m happy to share my contacts with…” This is a legal requirement that allows them to contact you if you win. They will not contact you for any other reason.
